Warranties

Do your product warranties have a limit?
Products are under warranty for one year from the date of purchase.
Only the main body of a product is under warranty. Components are not under warranty. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
I lost my joint instruction manual and warranty certificate. Can it be reissued?
We do not reissue joint instruction manual and warranty certificates.
My warranty certificate does not list the point of purchase or purchase date. Is the product still under warranty?
If there is no point of purchase or purchase date listed on the warranty certificate, the product is not under warranty.
