Raclette

Attach the plate to the main body

Place the main body on an even surface, and attach the plate to the upper level, with the grooved side facing up.

 

Turn the temperature dial

Turn the heat on and off with the temperature dial. When the dial is turned to the right, a light will go on and heating will start. Move to the next step in the process when the plate has warmed up.

 

Place cheese on the mini pans and set them in the main body

Place your favorite cheese, such as raclette cheese, on the mini pans, and set them into the lower level of the main body. Use ingredients that fit in the space available on the lower level.

 

Grill your favorite ingredients

Place your favorite ingredients, such as vegetables or meat, onto the upper plate and grill them.

 

Adjust heating time

Heat until the cheese melts. Because the melting time will differ depending on the type and amount of cheese used, adjust the heating time while checking the cheese’s condition.

 

Top ingredients with cheese

Arranged grilled ingredients onto a dish, remove the mini pans from the main body, and finish by putting melted cheese on the ingredients.

Fondue

Attach the plate to the main body

Place the main body on an even surface, and attach the plate to the upper level, with the flat side facing up.

 

Turn the temperature dial

Turn the heat on and off with the temperature dial. When the dial is turned to the right, a light will go on and heating will start. Move to the next step in the process when the plate has warmed up.

 

Put ingredients for fondue sauce into the cocottes

Place the ingredients for fondue sauce into the cocottes, and set them on the plate.

*Placing a cocotte holding cold ingredients onto the plate when it is hot may cause the cocotte to break due to the sudden temperature difference. Always set the cocottes onto the plate when it is cold.

 

Heat while stirring

Melt the ingredients in the cocottes while mixing them. Your fondue is ready when they have melted completely.

 

Dip your favorite ingredients

Stick your favorite ingredients, such as boiled vegetables, fruit, etc. onto fondue skewers, and dip them into the fondue to enjoy.

Cleaning after use Step 1

Remove the plate, mini pan, and cocotte attachments from the main body and wash them.

Cleaning after use Step 2

Wipe stains from the main body with a dry cloth.
