Use different components to make a wide variety of cuisines
The POT DUO Tanto comes with various components, like the ceramic bowl and the takoyaki plate. Including the grill plate, sold separately, you can change the components to enjoy a wide variety of dishes.
See below for details on how to use each of the components.
Automatic temperature adjustment function
The light will go one when the product is heating. If it gets hotter than the set temperature, the thermostat (automatic temperature adjustment device) will work to automatically stop the heat, and the light will go off. When the product goes back down to the set temperature, heating will begin again, keeping the plate at a fixed temperature.
Ceramic Bowl : Simmer
1. Set the ceramic bowl in the main body.
2. Set the dial to suit the recipe.
*Always set the bowl so that its bottom surface is closely fitted to the heating plate of the main body.
*Adjust the temperature by turning the dial, while watching the state of the ingredients inside.
*Use the lid as necessary.
